SOLD OUT
Its two days to Christmas! and on the top of my Christmas wishlist is a heart that is sold out to God.
When something is sold , it means it's no longer available to others. It means all of it has been. It makes it easier for the customers to move on to the next best option.
If you're sold out to the world, God moves on to the next heart that's prepared for him [ as he's indispensable and we are not John 15:5 ] likewise if you're sold out to God, the devil moves on to the next heart that's cold or probably lukewarm.
As Christians our goal should be to have a heart that's sold out to God; basically our hearts should be on fire for God. We should give our whole heart to God and put everything at his disposal. Read More in this Post HERE
I personally, and I know most of us as well find it hard to compromise time for work, social media, friends etc for God but God is Love and Love is patient [1 Corinthians 13:4] so his schedule is never to tight for us and he's always ready to work on us till we're able to compromise for Him without any complaint whatsoever.
"And this they did, not as we hoped, but first gave their own selves to the Lord, and unto us by the will of God". [2 Corinthians 8:5]
If you can give him your all, He'll give you his all.
When you're sold out to God, even when you fall short, He has a way of bringing you back. Because your heart would constantly try to please him.
All I want for Christmas is a heart that pants after God like crazy. So tell me, What do you want for Christmas?
These photos were taken last week Thursday on my birthday! And can you tell I was super stressed ?. That's what NYSC camp does to people *sigh but its fun regardless. Lexash offered to take me photos that day as a birthday present and you know I would never say no to photos! so I just dressed down and made my way to the mall.

And that's my goal too. A heart completely sold out to God. Those words God said to David moves me anytime I hear it. 'David is a man after my own heart' and to Jesus, He says so much more. Being like Jesus. That's the goal for me. I love this post and you look lovely in the pictures.

I ran a series on my blog on being thirsty for God and it reminded me of that.
And Happy Birthday in arrears!
I'm currently a corper too and the stress after camp eh, nor be small.lol.
However take it easy, all the PPA deal will always be resolved jare.
