You are the reason for the Season!

Merry Christmas to all my blog readers and friends!

This post is a day late and even though it doesn't "feel" like Christmas, I know it's not about feelings but about meditating on what God did for us in Jesus Christ! Yesterday my pastor had us understand that we (you and me) are the reason for the season. We are the reason Jesus came so no matter what 2016 has been like for you (especially if you're in Nigeria), don't forget the true meaning of this season of love.

We know what real love is because Jesus gave up his life for us. So we also ought to give up our lives for our brothers and sisters. [1 John 3:16]
